Process

How training works

Registration is collected with the Academy's offline-capable form. The public website never stores your registration details — see the privacy notice.

  1. Register

Through the registration form, by WhatsApp or by phone. Works offline on a basic Android phone.

  2. Entry checks

The Academy confirms the entry checks for your pathway before enrolment, as set out in the curriculum.

  3. Learn

In person, on WhatsApp, or on the Moodle platform where the course is hosted there.

  4. Be assessed

Knowledge checks, practical stations and critical items. A high total never overrides a failed critical item.

  5. Receive your record

An orientation record, a scoped completion record, or a certificate, depending on the pathway.

  6. Verify

Anyone can check a certificate number on this site using the verification page.

Coverage

Where training runs

Six geopolitical zones, delivered in two waves. A zone marked "Coming in Next Wave" has no training running yet.

Verification

Check a certificate

A verification check returns one of a fixed set of outcomes: valid, revoked, superseded, suspended, unknown, malformed, temporarily unavailable, or an orientation record. Nothing about a holder that is not authorised for publication is shown.

Demonstration codes for this design build: BAN-SW-000123 (valid) and BAN-NC-000900 (not found).

Enter the number printed on the certificate, in the form BAN-ZONE-NUMBER.
